Partner Marketing Manager
Purpose of the Job
As a Partner Marketing Manager on the B2B team, you'll be a dedicated marketing leader, shaping the future of devices and services within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. You will empower partners in our expanding ecosystem and drive co-marketing strategies with key alliances. You'll develop and execute campaigns to boost product awareness and adoption for businesses. This role involves shaping go-to-market strategies, creating educational materials, optimizing programs, and building a scalable partner ecosystem, all while upholding brand integrity and providing creative assets.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for partner relationship management, encompassing event organization, planning, and measurement, with a focus on delivering consistently high-quality execution.

Manage day-to-day relationships, ensuring partners are consistently informed of key updates, partner activities, and marketing calendars.

Coordinate weekly calls with partners and sales to facilitate effective campaign execution.

Contribute to the strategic development and execution of local co-marketing initiatives.

Provide creative requirements and oversee asset development for on-the-ground campaigns.

Work cross functionally to acquire necessary approvals for campaign initiatives and creative.

Assist in the execution of live activations featuring significant device integration (events, media, case studies, white papers).

Maintain a measurement plan from digital campaigns, budgets and results.

Develop and lead the B2B Indirect channel as a new business opportunity, collaborating with the Partner Lead to develop the strategy.

Coordinate with the consumer team to align on marketing tactics

Providing creative guidance, requirements, assets, approvals, etc for all B2B creative.

Acquire/Provide and manage ongoing feedback and approvals on creative.

Secure multiple cross-functional team approvals on creative and legal.

Provide necessary creative requirements or assets for partner campaigns/promotions.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
-
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
3-5 years of experience in partner marketing or preferably B2B marketing.

Experience building and growing partner relationships.

Experience in the carrier space, phones, or consumer electronics market and expertise in working closely with channel partners to develop business.

Experience with creative and brand marketing.

Familiar with driving development of creative assets or campaigns.

Strong project management skills.

Advanced writing skills and confident presentation.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Excellent quantitative reasoning, creativity and strategic skills.
