What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:

Operates grinding process equipment and provides guidance of the daily operation of the solids unit which includes but not limited to:

• Safety.
• Quality.
• Training.
• Housekeeping.
• Operates grinding process equipment.
• Production schedule adherence.
• P.I. sheet generation and completion.
• SAP transactions.
• Cycle counting process and reconciliation.
• Warehouse management activities.
• Mechanical troubleshooting.

What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):

• 2 years chemical or industrial plant background.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be HazMat certified or able to become certified when possible.
• Team player work ethic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good verbal and written communications.
• Good computer skills and aptitude to improve.
• Aptitude to understand technical concepts.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs.
