What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:
Operates grinding process equipment and provides guidance of the daily operation of the solids unit which includes but not limited to:
- Safety.
- Quality.
- Training.
- Housekeeping.
- Operates grinding process equipment.
- Production schedule adherence.
- P.I. sheet generation and completion.
- SAP transactions.
- Cycle counting process and reconciliation.
- Warehouse management activities.
- Mechanical troubleshooting.
What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):
- 2 years chemical or industrial plant background.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Must be HazMat certified or able to become certified when possible.
- Team player work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good verbal and written communications.
- Good computer skills and aptitude to improve.
- Aptitude to understand technical concepts.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs.
