As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll learn about driving new sales, along with managing a sales process across enterprise customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a springboard into a sales career. We provide robust sales training, and our suite of products are in high demand.  We’re looking for individuals who want to grow with our businesses. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious!

 

If you are interested in working with an exciting well-established and highly successful global Sales Team, this is the new job for you. Initially, we are building a team of 8 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

With a core focus around people data, Altrata provides services that are embedded within our clients’ workflows, enabling them to connect with influential and wealthy individuals globally. We connect our clients to the world’s movers and shakers through our data-driven mapping tools. With over 700 colleagues located across the globe, we are in a prime position to dominate the people intelligence space.

What will you do?

  • Schedule new conversations and meetings for account executives through inbound (warm leads) and outbound channels
  • Combine Phone, Email, Video, and Social Prospecting tactics to generate interest and demand in exploring our solutions
  • Leverage current events, news/media coverage, or other “trigger events” to justify the potential value of our products, and compel prospects to explore our solution further
  • Proactively identify qualified leads through research of named accounts and effectively articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Leverage our Sales tech stack to find relevant/new prospects (ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and engage with them (Groove, Vidyard) in compelling and relevant ways
  • Practice strong data hygiene discipline for our CRM and other systems
  • Assist in content development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns
  • Work in close collaboration with the Sales Team and Marketing Department
  • Willingness to execute high-quality activity on a daily basis – including cold/phone outreach

Who are you?

  • You have 1-3 years of inside sales experience or have an interest in starting a career in sales development
  • You have passion or experience in the SaaS sector
  • You want to be an expert in your role and to increase your responsibilities as you learn more about our product offerings
  • You are super positive and passionate about achieving goals
  • You are creative with bringing ideas to the table, along with being very organized and mindful about timely follow-up
  • You get along with all types of personalities, work great in teams, and thrive in a busy environment
  • You are flexible and have strong emotional intelligence
  • You are ambitious, highly enthusiastic and like asking questions
  • You take pride in what you do and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks
  • You are super resilient.  Sales development naturally leads to rejection and are not afraid to rise above and move forward
