Purpose of the Job

The Account Assistant will support administrative activities and be responsible for filling out billing templates, maintain and ensure that all job information is accurate and up to date.


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily activities related to project completion, such as supporting the Project Manager to schedule delivery to the customer's warehouse, request invoice from HH Global finance team and deliver it to the supplier.
  • Fill out templates for invoicing.
  • Organize the documents for each project in Hub/WIP.  
  • Create and maintain good professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and develop a strong relationship with each account and project manager.
  • Manage projects within the SLAs
  • Maintain and ensure that all job information is accurate and up to date
  • Be proactive in resolving issues and finding solutions when necessary.
  • Optimize delivery of activities within budget and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Use knowledge to prioritize key activities and deliverables.
  • Be able to work independently and assist other processes whenever necessary.
  • Promptly resolve all queries originating from the global HH Global central function.

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Have some commercial experience, preferably handling billing/customer data.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and seek information when necessary.
  • Good organization, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
  • Service skills.
