PF1 Flaker: The Impact You’ll Have On The Organization and World

• You’ll have hands-on experience in producing our products. You will monitor, package, mix chemicals used in production processes.
• You’ll help keep our plant running smoothly. You’ll operate multiple process equipment (i.e. reactors, blenders, powder operations, belts, columns, etc.).

What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:

• Perform necessary inspections.
• Perform in-process and final product testing.
• Perform simple mechanical troubleshooting.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Load finished products to tank trucks, totes, and drums.
• Perform other tasks as required.

What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years chemical plant experience.
• Must be willing and qualified to wear a respirator.
• Must be HazMat certified or willing to be trained.
• Team player work ethic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good verbal and written communications.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to improve.
• Aptitude to understand technical concepts.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and swing shifts.
• Ability to work on your feet, walking and standing, for extended periods of time.
• Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator.
• Ability and willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to perform arithmetic operations quickly and accurately.
• Possess good hand-eye coordination.
