The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Senior Finance Manager to join our team supporting our Institutional Investor Portfolio Company. In this role you will work with the Finance Associate Director to drive performance and shape the financial strategy.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Preparation of standard monthly reporting and analysis including:
• Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reporting and presentations for the Division or Group Management
• Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes to enhance business intelligence
• Support the Divisional/Group monthly reforecasting process, understanding the performance from Group functions and Divisional business partners and be able to communicate this clearly and effectively
• Support the Annual Budget process ensuring key timelines are adhered to and a high quality of deliverables
• Work closely with Finance Analysts to ensure complex accounting judgements are correctly reflected in planning assumptions
• Other ad-hoc project work and analysis as required

What We Look For?

• BA/BS in Finance or a related field
• 4-7 years of investment banking, private equity, and/or Corporate FP&A experience
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modelling and problem-solving
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections
• Functional knowledge of financial reporting and accounting
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and resourceful
• Experience with business case modelling centred around value creation
• Experience with handling ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
