QA Lab Technician - (Night Shift) Taiwan

THE ROLE

The QA Lab Technician supports the Quality department in providing ongoing conformance testing of materials to validate production processes and determine product disposition. This includes, but may not be limited to: batch testing of raw materials, resin compounded batches, prepreg, and laminate as dictated by production schedules, and as requested by internal or external customers.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform sampling inspection of internal defect grading and general characteristics testing for all existing products on assembly line.
• Establish the data of substrate’s abnormality recheck and notification.
• Organize the results of internal defect grading and general characteristics testing.
• Responsible for the internal judgment results and characteristic test results of daily sampled products.
• Responsible for cleaning the environment of the etching room, including regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform cleaning of the 5S in the laboratory.
• Dispose of substrate testing.

• Declare and contact of the suppliers for the disposal of waste water, etching liquid, copper sludge in the etching room.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma is required
• Prior Quality & lab experience preferred

• Ability to Stand for 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
