Account Executive
Purpose of the job
The Account Executive will support the client service team including the Account Director and Account Manager led by the Client Service Director. This experienced team is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services and contract requirements to the customer.
The Account Executive will have client and supplier contact and will assist in project delivery across Luxury Packaging, POS and premiums for an amazing global client.
Experience is not essential but a desire to work in a marketing-based role and a thirst to learn are mandatory, so would suit a marketing graduate looking for their first full-time position.
Technical print production knowledge will be considered a bonus.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strong representation for HH Global in market to both Clients and Supply Chain Partners
- Develop key relationships with the extended Marketing team, building and maintaining healthy long-term partnerships
- Accurately and efficiently input high volumes of project data into HH Global software
- Prepare commercial costing and timelines. Track project milestones, identifying and managing risks, potential issues, in line with company best practice and using the appropriate tools and technology available; Ability to be agile and adapt to changing priorities; adjusting plans as required
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that standards, processes and agreed SLA’s are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present sales data (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Delivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and to contractual targets
- Production of detailed specifications for internal and external clients. High attention to detail is a must!
- Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HHG’s services, identify opportunities and implement new services that complement the clients business
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new methods and procedures as required
- Work with clients to encourage sustainable solutions, balancing economic and environmental savings and supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
- Utilise proprietary software platforms for quoting, ordering and invoicing of client projects
- Manage international deliveries to multiple countries
- Ensure best practice in conjunction with wider HH Global operations group
- Develop a good understanding of the client’s business and industry sector
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Support senior team members on client activity as required
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Naturally builds and maintains rapport with clients and colleagues
- Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
- Ability to remain focused and work independently (and remotely when not on site)
- Takes a logical and systematic approach to work
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience in print management and third-party manufacturing, including off-shore, would be a plus
- Experience working with Industrial / Graphic Design teams to deliver innovative and technical solutions is highly desired
- Is comfortable analysing and interpreting data and conversation on client reports
- Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
- Be comfortable in client meetings to become an extension of the client team. Interact and provide high levels of comfort to the client on campaign management
