Purpose of the job 

 

The Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with both client stakeholders and internal contacts to maintain, update and improve our client-facing online platform.  

 

As the Account Executive you will be the key point of contact for our client platform, managing the end-to-end experience, ensuring data accuracy and driving continuous improvement.  You will coordinate the product upload process and keep other online assets up-to-date in line with the client brief and the client expectations.    

 

This is a fast-paced administrative role dealing with a variety of tasks.  

 

Key responsibilities  

  • Upload of new products and content to the client platform.
  • Ensure content, tools and features of the client platform are accurate and aligned with client expectations. 
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to implement updates and improvements to the platform.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support when needed.
  • Communicate realistic timelines for required updates or improvements.
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with agreed perimeters.   
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. 
  • Report regularly to the Senior Account Manager on platform performance and project milestones.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

  • Experience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients. 
  • Familiarity with digital tools and content management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills. 
  • Experience of finding solutions. 
  • Knowledge of trade marketing materials an advantage.
