What you will be doing...  

The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of holiday sales focused marketing campaigns, from strategic planning to execution and post-campaign analysis. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Create integrated marketing campaigns specifically tailored to drive holiday sales, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. This includes identifying target audience segments, understanding their holiday shopping behaviours, and developing compelling messaging that resonates. 
  • Campaign Execution and Management: Liaise with media agency and channel managers to ensure consistent execution of holiday marketing campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, digital, social media, email and offline channels. Ensure all campaign elements are launched on time and in alignment with brand guidelines and targets. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign performance against key metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, ROI). Utilise data and analytics to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement real-time optimisations to maximise holiday sales outcomes. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, commercial revenue, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign integration and alignment with overall business objectives. This includes coordinating content development, promotional offers, and sales enablement materials specific to holiday initiatives. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on holiday campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, successes, and recommendations for future holiday sales strategies.

  • Appropriate degree or professional qualification and a proven experience in marketing 
  • Campaign management expertise 
  • Media marketing proficiency 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Exceptional project management skills 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Strategic thinking and creativity
