NG Bailey are proud to be involved in the Hinkley Point C project based in Bridgwater, Somerset.  This is the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in Britain providing zero-carbon electricity for around six million homes.

 

NG Bailey, the UK’s leading independent engineering and services business, are part of the MEH Alliance, a joint venture to deliver the mechanical, electrical and HVAC installation for the project.

 

As our scope of work within the alliance grows, we are looking to rapidly expand our teams with top quality engineers who can support and deliver in line with our client’s requirements.

 

Due to the location and nature of Hinkley Point we offer disturbance, accommodation and mileage allowances as well as competitive salaries to support those looking to work away from home on this iconic project.

NG Bailey on the Hinkley Point C Project:

We are working across both Hinkley Point C units to deliver the infrastructure that will power the station and its operations, creating 1,000 jobs including many specialist engineers. Works include the design and installation of circa 76,000 cables totalling over 3,000km in length; over 180km of cable containment support systems; fire and environmental sealing; design and installation of earthing systems, and specialist packages associated with data acquisition and plant control.
