We are seeking an experienced and confident Account Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services for one of our flagship, long-term contracts. Since 2016, we have been delivering maintenance and engineering services to a portfolio of 24 commercial and residential properties – including high-end residential – valued at approximately £2 million.

As Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership and accountability for contract performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be a natural leader, with the technical background and commercial awareness needed to guide your team and exceed expectations across a varied and complex portfolio.

key deliverables in this role will include:

• Delivering high-quality service in line with client expectations and contractual KPIs/SLAs

• Leading and motivating a dedicated on-site team, including performance reviews and development planning

• Taking full P&L ownership, driving financial performance including WIP and debt control

• Managing compliance with health & safety, statutory, and company policies

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular site visits and performance reviews

• Producing detailed monthly reports covering operations, finance, compliance, and innovation

• Collaborating with internal teams to support continuous improvement and service excellence

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing large, multi-site facilities or maintenance contracts (ideally in a similar Account/Contract Manager role)

• Strong knowledge of compliance, P&L management, and FM industry best practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach

• Technical or engineering background (desired but not essential)
