You’ll be the driving force behind operational delivery, ensuring our engineering teams meet the highest standards of performance, compliance, and customer care. You’ll work closely with Contract Managers, engineers, and clients to make sure every site operates smoothly—while also focusing on commercial outcomes, margin improvement, and effective WIP management.

  • Own the P&L and drive margin performance, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and WIP management.
  • Support the re-tendering of existing contracts and work alongside the bid team on new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact.
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous service improvement.
  • Ensure teams are fully trained, competent, and technically capable.
  • Oversee the delivery of technical standards and risk mitigation across the portfolio.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership in facilities or engineering contract operations—ideally with 10+ years' experience.
  • Strong commercial understanding with hands-on experience managing WIP, P&L, and contract performance.
  • Experience managing both static and mobile engineering teams in a high-demand environment.
  • Ability to contribute to bids, pricing models, and contract renewal strategies.
  • A confident communicator who thrives on building client and internal relationships.
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and current legislation related to building services and compliance.

Benefits:
