THE ROLE
We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Weymouth support centre. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Risk and Compliance team, responsible for providing comprehensive reporting on compliance with company policies and managing risk. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to legislation, including IR35, employment laws, modern slavery regulations, and supplier security standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will be responsible for managing Risk & Compliance Reporting using PBI. You will provide stakeholders with insights to manage compliance and governance across various activities, including contract coverage, supplier spend, supplier risk, travel and expenses, off payroll workers, and purchase to pay.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver governance reporting, primarily using PBI to ensure compliance and value within the business
- Managing the off payroll process, ensuring all individuals are appropriately recorded, conducting tax status assessments, and ensuring compliance with IR35.
- Supporting project work within the Risk & Compliance team.
- Contributing to the Company My Impact program by managing ideas and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Administering the Governance Policy Board, distributing policies and procedures, and ensuring proper documentation.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proficiency in the use of Power Bi, Power automate, Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills, power BI
- Retail experience (desirable)
- Commercial awareness
