Are you a seasoned HR leader looking for your next challenge? Join us for a 9-month FTC role reporting into the People Director and leading a team of six, including HRBP, Talent Acquisition and Development while we embed recent change across the organisation. This role is pivotal to drive the strategic people agenda and ensure our vision and values are brought to life and fully embedded across the organisation, creating a healthy, positive, and high performing culture to maximise the effectiveness of our structures and people. You will be responsible for leading the talent strategies and programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive the company's growth and success. Whilst leading the business partnering team to ensure that People goals and strategies are aligned with those of the business. This role involves designing and implementing organisational structures that enhance efficiency, support business growth, and drive cultural and operational transformation. You will work with confidence and at pace, with the ability to roll up your sleeves when required with a pragmatic approach. 

 Experience in the following is essential

  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support long-term business goals
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understanding the business, its strategy, and its competitive landscape to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Developed understanding of talent strategies – sourcing and developing
  • Ability to identify and develop future leaders within the organization
  • Knowledge of performance appraisal systems and techniques.
  • Understanding of employee compensation approaches
  • Expertise in managing organisational change and transformation projects
