About Us: At New Look, we are dedicated to delivering a great employee experience while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. We are seeking a dedicated Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team remotely. This role is crucial in optimising our Reward offering and delivering maximum benefit to our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of the benefits market and employer obligations to ensure compliance.
- Maintain job evaluation and structure.
- Benchmark roles to stay competitive.
- Manage annual pay, bonus, and benefits cycles.
- Oversee company car fleet and pension schemes.
- Manage third-party contracts, renewals, and budgets.
- Communicate Reward offerings through various mediums.
- Manage staff discount and privilege schemes.
- Own the Runway Rewards portal.
- Conduct annual Gender Pay Gap Analysis.
Skills Required:
- Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, fleet management, and compensation approaches.
- Strong communicator and influencer.
- Proficiency in Excel (Essential), Adobe InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyse complex data and provide insights.
- Critical thinker, confident to challenge.
- Understanding of UK law and regulations impacting Reward practice.
