The Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join the Paid Media team and take an active role in growing our expansive Paid channels. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a large business in-house or at an agency. PPC experience is highly desirable. Paid Social experience is highly beneficial. You will have a strong understanding of performance marketing. You are proactive, have a meticulous eye for detail and an analytical mindset. You are also organised, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working at pace to deliver results.
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
- 40% staff discount plus friends & family discounts throughout the year
- Access to our reward platform for external discount and offers
- Private pension scheme
- Virtual GP access for you and your children – it allows you to speak to a doctor at a time and date that suits you
- All employees are covered by our life assurance policy from day one
- Unlock extra leave with our buy more holiday scheme.
- Celebrate YOU! Enjoy an extra paid day off on your birthday each year
- Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, and shared parental leave.
- Spread the cost of your commute with interest-free season ticket loans

What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the team to assist in the planning and execution of New Look’s day-to-day and long-term strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Assist both the manager and the agency to ensure New Look’s campaigns constantly reflect best practice and are meticulously optimised.
- Bring new ideas and own projects from end-to-end – using data and reporting to drive the decisions.
- Understand our KPIs and budgets, then be able to articulate factors driving performance to stakeholders with all levels of knowledge.
- Brief teams to ensure assets for promotions and creative launches are delivered ahead of deadlines.
- Work with core teams to provide feedback and ideas for improving our creative executions across both channels.
- Build relationships internally and be confident in reaching across teams to drive change.
- Stay up to date with both business and industry-wide changes to highlight opportunities across our channels.
Who you are:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Performance Marketing role highly preferable, working in large and complex accounts with hands-on experience in-platform.
- Excellent organisational skills, acting with pace and initiative across multiple projects and departments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil technical concepts into actions across a large business.
- Strong knowledge of Excel with confidence using formulas and functions to analyse data.
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms – such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Methodical, logical and highly numerate. Confidence with performance metrics, like ROI and profitability.
- Proactive mindset with the desire to own projects from ideation to implementation.
- Hands-on experience with feeds and reporting are a plus.
