- Work closely with eCommerce, Product and UX teams to shape and support prioritised experimentation roadmaps that align with team OKR’s and business priorities.
- Translate test results into clear, actionable insights — and work proactively with teams to ensure winning experiences are built, released, and embedded, avoiding drop-off or reliance on temporary solutions.
- Collaborate with the wider analytics team to identify data needs, design robust experiments, and deliver meaningful analysis.
- Build strong, influential relationships with product teams to embed a test-and-learn culture, overcome prioritisation challenges, and scale best practice through coaching and enablement.
- Manage third-party relationships (e.g. Monetate, Wandz, Firebase), ensuring effective technical collaboration and alignment to business needs.
- Continuously evolve the experimentation programme by improving processes, staying current with industry trends, and reviewing the effectiveness of current and emerging technologies.
Who you are:
- Experience working on A/B testing, recommendation & personalisation programmes along with application of best practice. Previous use of Monetate and server-side environment is helpful.
- Familiar with working in a product-led environment, collaborating with PM’s, designers and engineers to align experimentation with OKR’s and customer outcomes.
- Proven ability to scale experimentation capability across an organisation, embedding best practices and fostering a culture of test-and-learn with knowledge sharing to drive continuous optimisation.
- Confident in end-to-end delivery, through ideation, requirement gathering, briefing, hypothesis creation, experiment design and output/presentation of actionable results & recommendations in line with commercial and strategic goals.
- Excellent communicator, credible and articulate, able to build trust and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences along with impactful recommendations.
- An innovative thinker, able to think creatively with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving and coming up with ideas.
- Self-starter with initiative and good self-management skills, able to prioritise and work collaboratively as an individual and part of a wider team.
- Proactive and positive mindset that embraces change in a fast-moving environment and industry. A clear desire to drive value from data and adaptable to changing circumstance.
- Someone who is excited by digital, retail and fashion, curious about data and the adoption of new technologies and tools.
