The Role:
This role is based at our Head Office with flexibility to work from home. It provides overall support to the Press Team, with responsibility for generating media coverage and managing all gifting activity.

What you’ll be doing:
- This role will be responsible for generating coverage across the print and online media working closely with the Press Officer.
- The role will lead all PR gifting projects across press, influencers and celebrities – working closely with the Press Officer.
- Brief in all mailers and assist with sell ins.
- Be reactive to new product, updating the team so they can maximise opportunities.
- Work with the Press Officer and Buying teams to fulfil call ins and provide overall support to the Press Team.
- Sample management and returns.
- This role will be responsible for the smooth running of the showroom space.
- Assisting Press Officer on press events and celebrity activity.
- Accountable for all PR reporting including weekly coverage reports, adhoc projects, monthly reports and event reporting.
Who you are:
Essential and Desirable Skills
- Excellent people skills, computer literature, excellent time management.
- Ability to prioritise workload and tasks
- Good telephone manner and exemplary organisational skills.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in either an in-house or agency PR role is essential
- Knowledge of the media world
Minimum level of education or qualifications
- GCSE’S and A levels or equivalent
