WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals.

 

Tell Data-Driven Stories: Translate your insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product strategy, marketing investments, and business decisions

Partnership: Work cross functionally with the Marketing function, as well as BMD teams to support delivery to trade & brand targets

Data Mining: Explore opportunities to add or enhance existing data sets that deliver incremental value to New Look

 

Advanced Analytics: Experience of delivering and measuring the impact of data science projects such as random forest, k-means, linear regression.

 

Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation.

 

Collaborate: Lead a given analytical principle and deliver an agreed analytics strategy

 

Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  • Advanced knowledge of statistical and analytical tools such as Python, R, or SQL. (+6 Years)
  • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-analysts
  • Proven experience in leading analytics projects from conception to implementation. Including strong project planning and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of analytical modelling techniques (e.g., random forest, k-means, linear regression).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Accurate and relevant analytical insights
  • Data Quality Improvement
  • Adoption Rate of Analytics Tools/ Insights
  • Personal development and growth of analysts
