What You'll Do:
Collaborate: Work within an agile development environment, teaming up with peers, clients, and business partners on exciting projects.
Build Solutions: Leverage your expertise in Drupal site building and custom module creation to deliver high-quality, reusable, and performance-driven CMS solutions.
Take Ownership: Own the technical delivery of your projects, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices and coding standards.
Lead & Innovate: Be the go-to expert for Drupal solutions, from project delivery to mentoring and sharing knowledge across the team.
What We Need from You:
Proven Experience with Drupal: Extensive experience working with the latest Drupal versions, including site building, taxonomies, and multi-lingual capabilities.
Expert Skills: Master Drupal's core Layout Builder, themes/templates, Twig, and PHP, including Object-Oriented techniques. Symfony knowledge is a plus!
Hands-On with Tools: Proficiency in Git, Composer, and deployment processes, with experience managing applications on platforms like Acquia and AWS.
Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead projects, communicate with clients, and guide the team to deliver exceptional solutions.
Continuous Growth: Passionate about mentoring and contributing to the wider Drupal community through open-source projects, webinars, and DrupalCon presentations.
