Production Services Executive

Purpose of the Job

The Production Services Executive will provide project execution support to the client delivery teams, including project detail entry, project change management, production status tracking, and production schedule coordination.

This will be a hybrid position based in Frisco, Texas. This role will be required to be on-site 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.  

Key Responsibilities

• Input all project specifications and relevant data into an internal procurement system and maintain key data points in the system, including customer quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Manage and track project status reports by contacting vendors to obtain tracking information and following up on delivery status as necessary.
• Execute production activities within guidelines of established SLAs and in compliance with contractual agreements and company policies and procedures.
• Invoice clients in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Provide regular updates to the client service delivery team in relation to project milestones.
• Manage inventory levels across multiple client warehouses.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• 3-5 years of print production experience and working with clients.
• Ability to build relationships with teams in the US and Mexico, and relationships on-site with clients.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with large companies in heavy client-facing environments preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas.
• Ability to identify, interpret and prioritize business requests.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
